Return and Exchange Policy


There is NO money refunds.

Merchandise on CLEARANCE has NO exchange or refund.

All items purchased on sale or with a promo code are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be return or exchanged.

We will gladly accept your return for an exchange or store credit within 10 business days of receiving your order.

Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn and no stains). All items must be in original packaging with original tags attached.

Boots may be exchanged only if the soles are unscratched, and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

Must be shipped back to our store within 10 business days of receiving your order.

Must include the original invoice/packing slip and be accompanied by a completed return slip (available by clicking HERE).

Note: Zipper/buttons are tested before fulfilling orders to reassure they are working properly. Items are also inspected for any rips/stains before shipping it out. La Herradura Western Wear is not responsible for any items that are damaged in any way during the process of trying it on.


  • In the return slip, kindly note the size, color, and style you’re exchanging the item for.
  • Place the item(s) back into the same packaging it was received in. (this step is optional- however, using the same package will save you on your shipping costs)
  • Purchase a return label from the carrier of your choice.
  • Ship the item(s) back to the address provided
  • Please note all shipping costs of item(s) being returned and/or the item(s) being exchanged for is not La Herradura Western Wear responsibility.
  • If you purchased online and want to return it in store, you may do so for an exchange or store-credit.


Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Holidays may affect shipping time.

Lost Items

If the package is lost in transit, we will contact carrier and once an investigation is made and approve a replacement will be made.

Stolen Items

Delivered but missing package

We will kindly work with you, but you will need to contact carrier at once.

**Order issues for packages marked “delivered” yet not received are considered by La Herradura Western Wear as stolen and must be filed 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 10 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.

Delivered to wrong address

If the customer input the correct address at checkout and the package was delivered to the wrong address, La Herradura Western Wear considers this as stolen, and you will need to contact carrier at once. But we will gladly work with you.
